Family in rollover accident collect policy limits against adverse driver and win against underinsured

As Arizona car accident and personal injury lawyers, we represented a family of five who was traveling through an intersection when they were struck by another vehicle, causing their car to roll over and deploy the airbags.  The three minors and two adults sustained varying levels of injury. One child sustained permanent scarring and the other a broken arm requiring surgery.  After settling with the adverse party for the policy limits, we continued the claim against the underinsured insurance coverage. The underinsured coverage did not want to offer what we thought was a fair amount so we continued the case in litigation and prior to trial the insurance company offered a fair offer. The parents were thrilled with the results and the money was put aside for the minors to attend college and have other expenses paid for as well.
