Delphine LeDoujet v. H.C.

In 2002, a Hudson County, New Jersey jury awarded a verdict of $550,000, in a personal injury action for a client injured in a car accident while visiting New Jersey.

Before trial, the insurance company had offered only $30,000.00, a fraction of what the jury returned as its verdict.

This case later settled after the verdict.
