When we received the phone call, tragedy had already struck.  A family was driving in a car with a father and his three children.  Somebody blew a red light, killing the father and leaving all three children with injuries.  After a significant battle, we forced the insurance company to pay every dollar of the policy limits.  We were even able to convince the judge to allow some money to be released so this wonderful family could spend time together in Disneyland.  Nothing can undo the horrendous loss that was suffered, but we are proud of the role that we were able to play for this wonderful family.
