Attorney Brian W. Smith of the law firm of Smith & Vanture, LLP successfully negotiated a $1 Million settlement for a client who sustained a serious eye injury as a result of a tractor trailer accident in Palm Beach County. The $1 Million policy limits were tendered just before a scheduled arbitration.
